But Rockstar Games apparently is trying to outperform itself in the eyes of the fans and gamers of “GTA 5” and “GTA Online” because just before the launch of the “Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2” DLC, the game developer has also released the “Independence Day Special” DLC on July 1.
The “Independence Day Special” DLC is meant to mark the celebration of the American Independence Day on July 4, which Rockstar also did last year, thus coming as sort of bonus DLC, although it still came with a price.
The “Independence Day Special” featured the return of old favorite Independence Day gaming items at reduced prices.
Other special items that were already featured last year, which will only be available to gamers from July 1 to 6 at 25% discount, include the monster truck The Liberator, the motorcycle Sovereign, the Firework Rocket Launcher and its ammo, red-white-and-blue hats, T-shirts, masks and other items, double RP event, and double GTA money event.
Some of the features that shall come with the “Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2” DLC including the off-road buggy Coil Brawler, the classic Lampadati Toro speedboat, high-end clothes and accessories, classic sports car Invetero Coqutte BlackFin, a Marksman Pistol, a two-door hypercar Progen T20, knuckledusters, a two-door muscle car Vapid Chino, and the motorcycle Dinka Vindicator.
