And that is the essence of 23-year-old supermodel Kate Upton is all about. She looks fabulous and glamorous regardless of whatever she is wearing. It is no wonder why she was referred to last year as the sexiest women alive because she certainly knows how to carry herself well.
The favorite Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has been made as the official cover model of W Korea for its October issue, reports The Huffington Post.
For the cover gig, Kate undertook an exercise-themed photo shoot that is really nothing short of glamorous. Shot by photographer Norman Jean Roy, the pictorial had the 1950s feel to it.
It was shot in a gym where Upton was shown wearing a head full of curls to go along with bodysuits, high-waisted briefs, and kitten heels.
A glam workout
The Huffington Cast Canadian edition actually described the photo shoot as a glam workout. Kate Upton completed her ensemble with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
In the cover of the W Korea, the buxom supermodel-turned-actress sports a bold brow and a very sexy gaze while holding onto a rope with her arm adorned with bangles.
W Korea made the announcement of Upton as its cover girl for its October issue when it posted its interactive cover on Instagram showing Kate wearing a luxurious fur coat.
In the interview that came with her being a cover girl of the magazine, Kate Upton has been quoted to have said that she has no desire for the celebrity lifestyle, and that she can carry her own luggage, indicating that she does not like being treated like a diva of sort.
More than just a bikini model
Kate Upton became popular because of her two stints as the cover of Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. But as everyone knows by now, the supermodel-turned-actress is more than just a bikini body as she also looks glamorous as well when she dresses up.
The 23-year-old model showed her glamorous side again on September 13 when she attended the Michael Kors fragrance launch in New York City wearing a zebra patterned dress with see-through detailing.
She completed her ensemble with a pair of black leather strappy heels, augmenting it with a couple of accessories that include a black leather clutch and gold bracelets around her left wrist.
Kate took part in the event along with other big name supermodels including Naomi Campbell, Alessandra Ambrosio, Jaime King, and Hailee Steinfield, all looking very sexy in their formal wear at the event’s gold carpet.
“The Other Woman” actress came to the event wearing a business casual look, with a white jacket and trousers combination to match her strappy white sandals. But Upton still managed to show plenty of her famous cleavage in her business suit by not wearing any shirt underneath.
Before attending the Michael Kors fragrance launch, Kate also graced the Diane von Furstenberg runway show as part of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week featuring runway models Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Jourdan Dunn, and Karlie Kloss.
While supermodeling is still her bread-and-butter preoccupation, Kate Upton has been focusing on her acting career lately following her completion of filming for the comedy “The Layover” due to hit theaters next year.
She stars in the movie along with Alexandra Daddario, Matt Jones, Kal Penn, Molly Shannon, Rob Corddry and William H. Macy, who is also directing the flick. The movie is about two friends who decide to go on a road trip together and had all sort of misadventures.
Kate Upton was also spotted recently hiking with some friends over at the Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles.
