Shocking Twists to Highlight Remaining Episodes of Orphan Black Season 3, Reveals Director, And More Details

Working alongside her foster brother Felix Dawkins, played by Jordan Gavaris, and two of her fellow clones, Alison Hendrix and Cosima Niehaus, Sarah discovers the origin of the clones which is from a scientific movement who calls themselves Neolution.

Neolution believes that human beings can use scientific knowledge to direct their evolution as species. The movement has well entrenched institution base in the wealthy biotech corporation called the Dyad Institute.

Sarah eventually finds out that she’s also wanted by the authorities and also by a secret religious group called the Proletheans, some of whom carries out clone assassinations because they believe that clones are abominations.

Both the Dyad Institute and the Proletheans eventually learn that Sarah has a daughter Kira, the only known offspring of a clone because all other clones are sterile by design.

The plotlines of the series revolve around Sarah and Kira’s efforts to avoid capture by the clearly sinister Neolutionists and Proletheans and also the efforts made by each clone to give sense to her life and origin.

The show actually raises issues about moral and ethical implications of human cloning and its effect on issues of personal identity.
