If the company takes the same approach to the tablet’s design like they did with the Galaxy S6 and polish the user experience in every way, while also going for a premium body design, it could be an absolute hit on the market, and we can definitely see it taking some market space from Apple. Of course, as we said above, it’s not going to be an easy battle – but it could be one that reshapes the tablet market in the near future.
If the June announcement rumors really are true, then we should start hearing more about the device soon enough. Whether it’s through more rumors or official channels, if Samsung are preparing for a launch in about a month, then information will start finding its way out one way or another.
We’re still curious about the price point and market availability for the tablet, as there are not many details about those, but current rumors indicate that the tablet will be released all over the world in all its variants right at launch.
