Nintendo have released news for its gamers that they are doing everything they can to restock the Nintendo Switch as soon as possible. They also said that they expect to increase the number of units shipped starting this month as well as August.
Express UK reported that “the amount of Nintendo Switch consoles shipped in August will be ramped up amid the launch of Splatoon 2 and the upcoming Splatoon 2 bundle … The Grey version will be in stock on July 10 while the Neon Red / Neon Blue version will be restocked on July 26.”
Nintendo released a statement on its website saying:
For autumn and beyond, we will continue to work to ensure that as many products as possible can be delivered to our customers towards the end of the year, such as further strengthening our production system, we appreciate your understanding.
Target restocked the Nintendo Switch collection in the month of June. The leaked ad showed a grey unit. However, it is said that the colors may vary by store.
Gamers on Amazon will have to wait for a few weeks before they can pick up a Nintendo Switch since the next stock will take some time to come.
A look at the official Nintendo website shows that the Switch stock is completely sold out but the pre-orders are “currently available”.
The Nintendo Official UK Store said that new stock is expected to arrive mid-July and the orders will be completed on a “first-come-first-serve basis”.
Nintendo Switch pre-orders are available at Tesco and Very, however, Argos does not have any stock available on their website.
Pre-orders are also available at the Game website but according to the retailer no confirmation has been received regarding the next stock delivery.
