On the other hand, a different group of rumors have been claiming that the show is not only going to continue into its third season, but it’s actually going to spice things up a little bit and introduce some new concepts – such as same-sex couples.
There are, however, some potential issues with that, such as the fact that Australia hasn’t legalized gay marriage yet, so there might be some problems with the show’s production if that is indeed the plan.
However, that situation could actually end up beneficial for everyone involved – if a production like this gets enough attention for the topic of same-sex marriage, it could lead to a positive change and help speed up the legalization process.
But of course, that’s a very tangential thought and not at all related to the main situation. For now, the big question remains whether or not “Married at First Sight” is going to get a third season or not, and what kinds of changes the show might see if it does continue.
