Even though Katy Perry’s fans have seen her sporting all sorts of different looks so far, and she’s definitely not afraid to change her hairstyle, this is the first time we’ve seen her in such a striking blonde hairdo, a style that extends across her face as well and covers her eyelashes. And though most people associate the singer with her characteristic dark hair, Perry looked stunning in her new appearance and immediately made the headlines.
Everyone seemed impressed with how well the blonde hairstyle looked on the singer, and most of her fans were supportive of her new appearance, even though it’s very likely it’s just a temporary change and not something we’ll be seeing in the long run. Indeed, the main reason for the style change seems to be rooted in a photo shoot which Katy Perry was taking part in, but considering the huge positive responses this event has generated, we wouldn’t be surprised if we saw her sporting the new hairstyle more often in the future.
It wasn’t just her hair that looked interesting though – Katy Perry also appeared with a stylish feather dress, designed with a lot of attention to detail, and it complemented her overall appearance very nicely, underlining the important features while helping the whole configuration to come together properly.
The dress was noted to be a Fendi, more specifically one from the spring/summer collection, and it’s been put up for sale already, although numbers are running low very quickly and it’s possible that they are already gone, depending on how fast information in the store updates.
Katy Perry also talked about her private life and how she handles her public appearances with regards to her fame. Apparently, her fame really does affect her life, which is what we were guessing based on her popularity anyway – but she revealed that she actually has to take special steps to ensure that she gets some privacy on a regular basis.
According to her, she usually sports Adidas attire and covers her head up as much as possible – from a large pair of headphones, to sunglasses and a hat. She seems convinced that her eyes are a major feature that gives her away to curious fans, and she’s doing everything possible to hide them from passers-by. In general, her head has various well-defined features which any observant fan would be quick to spot, so we can’t blame her for going with those accessories. Generally though, a celebrity like her can do a lot to make themselves unrecognizable through a simple change of wardrobe.
