“Captain America: Civil War” is based on the comic book story arc which will begin with Steve Rogers leading a new team of Avengers to protect the world. However, after another international incident involving the Avengers, several governments decided to implement the Superhero Registration Act.
Chris Evans, who plays Steve Rogers and Captain America, says that Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr., is in favor of the new restriction and wants the Avengers to submit to the governments. But the star-spangled superhero is firmly against it because his experience in dealing with the government in the past left a bad taste in his mouth. And that is where the conflict among the Avengers will begin.
Not too long ago, Chris Evans was quoted as saying that he wanted to have a break from his Marvel Studios contract to focus on his passion projects.
However, the actor has recently changed his tune by saying that he will go wherever and whenever Marvel Studios wants him to go. Obviously, he could not ask for more since Marvel has given him the opportunity to join the ranks of the 10 highest-paid actors in the world for three years running.
