Ariana Grande has been hinting that she and the record producers are contemplating to change the title of her third studio album, which was previously announced as “Moonlight.”
On February 22, the “Focus” singer alluded on Instagram and Twitter that her long-awaited third studio will now be officially titled “Dangerous Woman.”
Early this week, Ari updated her Twitter and Instagram bios with the alleged title of her upcoming third studio album. She added more clues on her Snapchat, where her name is still ‘moonlightbae,’ notes MTV.
“Dangerous Woman” will still have “Focus” as its carrier single, having been released in October last year.
Ariana also promised to release the track “Be Alright” 10 days or less since then but nearly 45 days have passed, it still has to hit the airwaves.
Confirming a hint with more hints
In her Snapchat, Ariana shared a few photos showing herself donning a shirt with the words ‘Dangerous Woman’ printed across it. She followed the post with a snap of what appeared to be a track list written on a white board with “Dangerous Woman” in all caps at the top.
The first song on top of the track list was listed as “Moonlight.”
While her social media hints are not official confirmation of the title of her third studio album, it seems safe to say that the “Problem” singer has already decided upon “Dangerous Woman” as the title of her next album in lieu of the earlier “Moonlight.”
But the change should no longer come as a surprise to her fans since she already talked about the possibility during her guesting at “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last month.
During the interview, she hinted that she was not settled on “Moonlight” and she did not think that her fans were either. She narrated that while they were wrapping things up, she found out another song that has thrown her for a whirlwind. She said that she loved it so much, it changed everything. Apparently, the song is “Dangerous Woman,” notes E! Online.
Supportive of Kesha Rose
Meanwhile, Ariana Grande is among those big-name celebrities that openly expressed their support to 28-year-old Kesha Rose Sebert when a Manhattan Supreme Court judge refused to let her walk away on February 19 from a six-album deal she signed with Sony Music Entertainment and the man she claims raped her.
“Tik Tok” star Kesha broke into tears as a result of the decision by the judge, which was widely met with criticisms from several celebrities, who have all taken to social media to rally behind Kesha Rose.
The New York Supreme Court denied an injunction that would prevent Dr. Luke, whom Kesha claims drugged, raped, and emotionally abused her, from interfering should she sign with another label.
The court decision effectively keeps the 28-year-old singer contractually obligated to Sony and to Dr. Luke.
Ariana Grande tweeted that her thoughts are with Kesha Rose, and she feels sorry for the lady musician that she had to endure such a terrible experience.
While fans are still waiting for the official release of her third studio album, Ari also has a romantic new duet with former flame Nathan Sykes for the latter’s hit single “Over and Over Again.”
The pair briefly dated back in 2013 so when reports came out that they are doing a romantic duet, fans of ‘Nariana’ started rejoicing, obviously wishing that Ariana and Nathan get back together again.
Accordingly, the new song is super romantic and filled with sappy lyrics which caused their fans to really be excited about.
But it seems that there would not be any rekindling of romance between the exes, who seem to be getting along well despite their breakup almost three years ago.
