We also have Apocalypse presented by Oscar Isaac, and there are even more roles that haven’t been announced yet, so the final release of the film might have some surprises in store for its fans. The producers have certainly shown that they’re keen on making some experiments with the plot structure and the characters.
So far, the film is scheduled to come out in a little under a year, on May 27, 2016. There have been no reports of any possible delays so far, but of course it’s hard to tell with a production this major. It’s entirely possible that something could go wrong in the last minute.
And while that would certainly be a disappointment for many fans, it’s always the better option compared to rushing the film’s release only to meet the deadline, and ending up with something that doesn’t meet fans’ standards.
In the case of something like a video game, it can at least be patched – but with a film, the first impression people get from the initial release is all the producers have, and they must take care to utilize it very, very wisely. We have no doubt that the new “X-Men” is going to live up to fan expectations though, as the producers seem to have a pretty good idea about what fans want to see.
