In the present day timeline, Toby will also surprise Kate while she’s in the weight loss camp but it looks like he will be throwing a wrench after finding out that someone is hitting on her fiancé, and Randall struggles with William’s deteriorating health.
The show still has four episodes before it wraps up its final season. Last month, the Golden Globe-nominated series was renewed for an additional two seasons, with 18 episodes each.
