The value of British actor Theo James as a hunk has significantly grown by leaps and bounds after “Divergent: Allegiant” co-star Shailene Woodley said in a recent interview that her leading man is a good kisser.
In response to Shailene’s latest statement about him, Theo said that he finds it nice and cool that Shai would say that in public before stating in jest that he actually paid his co-star to say those things, details Youth Health Mag.
Despite their undeniable chemistry on and off screen, Theo and Shailene insist that their relationship is strictly professional.
They will reprise their roles as Four and Tris in the upcoming two-part third installment of the “Divergent” trilogy based on the novel by Veronica Roth.
“Divergent: Allegiant Part 1” is due to hit theaters in March 2016 while its second part will be released to global theaters one year after that.
Relationship rumors persist
Although both Theo and Shailene have their own partners in real life, the pair continues to be involved in relationship and dating rumors, notes Venture Capital Post.
The recent statement of Shailene about Theo being a good kisser also did not help put off the rumors, which was further confounded when she added that she actually had fun filming the intimate moments between Four and Tris in the upcoming movie.
Theo James also teased that Four and Tris will have twins in “Divergent: Allegiant” which they shall name as Bertie and Bernadette. However, it could be possible that the actor was just joking when he said it because if the film will follow the book, Tris will actually die towards the end.
There were even rumors that Theo James is reportedly falling for co-star Shailene Woodley while they are currently filming the two-part third movie of the “Divergent” trilogy.
Theo says that Shailene has blossomed into a woman since they started filming the “Divergent” movie series about three years ago, indirectly admitting that he finds her attractive.
In a recent interview, James said that Shailene has changed a lot but in a good way and it all happened so fast because they just met a couple of years ago or even less.
He said that he was just a newbie then while Shailene just came from filming for “Spectacular Now,” and what follows was their great on-cam chemistry for the blockbuster hit “Divergent” shown last year playing Four and Tris respectively.
It was subsequently followed by the equally successful sequel titled “Insurgent” that had fans asking for more of their team up.
Getting worried
The chemistry between Theo James and Shailene Woodley onscreen is so obvious that some fans of the series have insinuated that the two may be onto something in their private lives.

But Theo James set those notions aside, saying that he just likes Shailene Woodley because she is a confident woman and knows how to handle herself well. The actor said that he grew up with four strong women surrounding him in his mother, grandmother, and two sisters so he likes the fact that he can see the characters of the women very close to him in Shailene.
He only has high regard for Shailene and her level of professionalism while they were doing the first two movies in the series “Divergent” and “Insurgent.” They are now back filming the two-part third movie titled “Divergent: Allegiant.”
