Tristan’s spiteful sister Aurora, has gone in hiding after killing Cami. Apparently, this was her final straw of making sure that the Original hybrid does not get the happily-ever-after she has been robbed off in the past.
Judging by the upcoming episode’s promo, a fuming Klaus is out to get Aurora and seek revenge for what she has done to Cami.
While the Mikealsons are busy trying to combat their sired vampires from trapping them forever, a new threat is set to emerge in New Orleans and make their lives even more complicated.
According to TV Line, someone from the past will hunt down Klaus, Rebekah, Elijah, and even Freya. The vampire, whose name is Cortez, is reportedly callous, smart, and manipulative with little regard for human life.
The vampire is set to stir some trouble for the Mikealsons in the second half of the season. The CW has yet to announce the actor who will take on the role of the Season 3 second half’s newest big bad.
As for Freya, the eldest Mikealson sibling tried her best to get rid of the curse placed on Rebekah but she was unable to do so during the fall finale.
She now remains daggered as Rebekah asked Elijah to re-dagger her when she realized that her sister had not cured her of the curse.
