Judging by the image, it looks like they are already past the shocking reunion stage and are already working together.
Another photo shows Kol holding some old documents as he speaks with Klaus. The third image shows Kol reading through some letters.
Although not seen in the promo nor mentioned in the synopsis, Leah Pipes’ Cami will be appearing in the episode. The website released a still of Cami talking to Klaus in episode 15.
Another thing fans look forward in the hit series is what will prompt Klaus to leave New Orleans. Fans of Julie Plec’s shows would know that last week was a special two-hour crossover episode with “The Vampire Diaries.”
In TVD’s 14th episode, a flash-forward saw Candice King’s Caroline driving to New Orleans with Alaric’s twins to visit Klaus. There she learns that Klaus hasn’t been seen in the French Quarter for about three years.
Design & Trend speculate that now that Klaus is vulnerable to threat because his sire line has been broken, his enemies will come swinging by New Orleans to settle some old scores.
The website suggests that his old foes might use his siblings or worst, his daughter Hope, to lure him into them that is why he will probably leave town.
