The ratings and the box office was not a match for The Expendables 3 as it was the worst performing of the three movies currently released. Critics say it was due to the overwhelming cast and the bad story line. Most of the public that saw the movies are wondering right now what story line they critics are even talking about.
According to reports, the violence in The Expendables 3 was watered down to see if it could get a PG-13 rating. That was the case and critics think that is why the movie suffered. The Expendables 4 is expected to be rated R, at least that is what was mentioned in interviews by Stallone.
The idea that Hulk Hogan will be in the fourth installment is not a surprise, but it will be if he is the new leader and not the villain which is what more fans expect to happen.
