Although Bethesda has yet to confirm or deny the latest rumors going around the grapevine, previous reports had it that “The Elder Scrolls 6” shall be launched during the E3 2016 to be held in California in June.
The previous round of speculations was pieced together by some critics based on a previous interview with Bethesda game director Todd Howard.
In the interview with Howard last year, he spoke about the details of how the development team put so much effort with “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” and “Fallout 4,” as if insinuating that the same amount of work is being poured in by the company on the ongoing development of “The Elder Scrolls 6.”
However, Howard did not specifically say that they are already working on the sixth installment of the very popular franchise.
But he did say that the game development company is working on three big and crazy projects and that they are doing so many things in those three games but are long ways off. He added then that fans and gamers should not expect any updates about those anonymous projects anytime soon.
However, some fans and critics believe that “The Elder Scrolls 6” could be one of those three titles in development with Bethesda Studios and that the IP could now be in development. But until Bethesda makes the confirmation or denial, this information should be taken with a pinch of salt.
