Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone believes that former NFL quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles Tim Tebow should consider coming to Hollywood and join the movies.
Sly said that he just feels sorry for Tim Tebow for being cut by the Eagles and then left in the freezer when he was still in the peak of his career.
In an interview last month, Stallone said that he is very supportive of Tim Tebow because he feels like the very popular hunk of a quarterback is like an underdog like his Rocky Balboa character in his “Rocky” movie series.
Stallone also said that Tebow is a late bloomer, but everyone in the Philadelphia Eagles organization blew it when they cut him, adding that it was a mistake that no one wants to own up to.
With the support being shown by Stallone on Tim Tebow and his encouragement for the football player to consider acting for a new career, rumors have started circulating that Tebow might be considered for “The Expendables 4,” which was what Sly did to Ronda Rousey by including her in the cast of “The Expendables 3,” cites NESN.
Cool and moneyed Stallone
The Daily Mail has spotted Sylvester Stallone on September 9 coming out of The Palm restaurant in Beverly Hills, California and he seems to be counting a wad of cash in his hand.
It seems that Sly was finding the right amount of bill to give to the valet and was choosing from the wad of cash in his hands as he heads to his car.
Stallone was fresh from a family vacation from St. Tropez in France. He was exuding an upscale-look wearing a black-and-white checkered button-down shirt with short sleeves.
He complemented it with gray trousers held in place by a black belt with a fancy silver buckle and completing it with a pair of shiny black shoes. His accessories included reflective sunglasses and a pair of gold rings.
The 68-year-old actor, director, and writer has just wrapped up production for his latest film “Creed,” with Michael B. Jordan in the lead role who plays Adonis Johnson, the son of Apollo Creed in the movie.
A trailer of the movie has already been released and it shows Stallone literally teaching Michael B. Jordan the ropes of good boxing as Rocky Balboa. “Creed” is a spin-off of Stallone’s “Rocky” movie series but is not a sequel. Reports have it that Stallone might do a film to finally put a closure on his “Rocky” character. The same is also being planned by the 68-year-old veteran actor for his other iconic movie character John Rambo possibly for a sixth and final Rambo film.
Apart from throwing praises to the veteran actor, Michael B. Jordan says that he really got in shape for the role in “Creed.” But unlike others who has to lose weight to get into the fighting form, he had to actually put on 24 pounds of muscle to play the role of Apollo Creed’s son so he had to take food a lot in between takes.
A doting father
Stallone has not been fortunate to be blessed with a son to continue and further the legacy of his great name or perhaps follow his footsteps as one of the most iconic Hollywood action stars in history.
Sly and his wife Jennifer Flavin were instead blessed with three girls, namely, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlett, who are on all teens now.
It is almost likely that no teenage guy would dare fool around with any of the three daughters of Sylvester Stallone given his reputation as a no-nonsense guy, much more a father.
While Sly is often busy, producing, writing, directing or acting in movies, he always finds time to play a doting father to his three daughters and it has even become obvious in social media.
His Twitter account for example not only contains his personal tweets about the goings on in his career, it also occasionally details the activities of her daughters, for which he seems to be really proud of.
Stallone also regularly posts pictures of family activities that include his wife and three daughters on Instagram.
