The series finale of the American reality TV series “Vanderpump Rules” Season 3 has aired on Bravo on March 23 and there is still no word yet from the network whether the show will be renewed for a fourth season or not.
What is hinted lately by some of the show’s cast members is that a movie version of “Vanderpump Rules” is reportedly in the works based on its third season.
Movie News Guide however recently reported that resident mean girl Stassi Schroeder says she does not want to take on an evil persona no more that is why she will no longer be appearing on the fourth season of the reality show, assuming it is indeed renewed by Bravo.
It is not clear though whether Schroeder will still be part of the film version or “Vanderpump Rules” or not.
Not an evil person
In a recent interview with an American magazine, Schroeder said that she is not the evil persona that her character appears to project on the reality TV series. She said that she is not the kind of person who likes to degrade people and what comes out of the show are merely edited footages to make it really look like that she is a mean person.
Stassi also said that there are so many things that she has said and meant as a joke but the series never showed her laughing after a scene because the producers edited it in such a way that she would be put in the bad light.
She added that she has no control over the finished product of “Vanderpump Rules” so the show comes off the way it is. But she admits to being a very aggressive woman from the very start but she treats people kindly.
The 26-year-old fashion enthusiast also admitted that it was never her aspiration to be a reality star. But she no longer wants to be judged by others on TV just because she is appearing on a reality show that really makes her look mean at times. She confirmed and said matter-of-factly that she no longer wants to do reality TV again.
Schroeder said that she plans to focus on her life beyond “Vanderpump Rules” and will just prefer to stay at home with boyfriend Patrick.
In preparation perhaps for her moving on from reality TV, Schroeder recently launched her jewelry collection called Stassi X Shop Prima Donna. She also plans to focus on making her fashion blog, Style by Stassi, grow all the more.
