Hopefully the game will manage to please players in all its markets and not just Japan, as it’s a traditional Japanese game, even though it has managed to establish a lot of popularity and a solid following all over the world.
The gameplay of the franchise has been praised for being interesting to players of all types, and managing to attract many to the series with each new installment, while at the same time the story is presented in a way that doesn’t alienate players who aren’t particularly fond of Japanese games.
If “Persona 5” preserves this idea and continues the trend, it should be a great title not just for fans of the franchise, but for gamers in general. We expect to see a lot of talk about it all over the Internet once it comes out.
Whenever that may be – fans are still hoping that Atlus are going to live up to their promise of releasing the game in 2015, and since we haven’t heard any rumors that the release date might be getting pushed back, it’s probably safe to assume that the plans haven’t changed. Which, in turn, means that we should start seeing more official information about the game pretty soon, as the studio will have to do some solid pre-release marketing in the weeks before the release.
