This week marks the start of the end of Parenthood Season 6 and just a couple of days ago there was plenty of information and spoilers that hit the web. The show is on NBC and it looks like for the four remaining episodes of the season, fans are going to get some surprises, according to reports. Of course, just like with anything else that you want to build buzz around, there are spoilers that will ruin it for you if you want them to.
The first addition to the dramatic finish includes Craig T. Nelson’s character being hit with a health scare. That means that the Braverman family will have to look out for one another. Previews have been playing all over the place and show a doctor tell Nelson’s character that he would not survive another heart operation. The preview indicates that he is asking to be treated for another heart attack and that is what the doctor replies with.
Another source that has been posting information about the show online claims that in the last episode you will get to see what happens when Bonnie Bedelia’s character dials 911. If you have been keeping up, this might mean that Zeek’s health could be in question as well. The source claims that the most affected character is going to be “Hank”, played by Ray Romano. If you remember the last episode, “Julia” and Joel were seen making out and that could mean there is a possible fix for their marriage.
Besides the fact that the marriage could end happily, Sarah Braverman’s family could see a new member along the way. The daughter of Sarah is reportedly going to be giving birth in an upcoming episode. If that is not enough to keep you interested for the last four episodes of Parenthood Season 6, then maybe the engagement between Hank and Sarah will add a little something to talk about. The creator of the show is talking quite a bit about this being the final season of the show.
Jason Katims has been talking about his goal for season 6 was to “make this season great and give this show the ending that it deserves”. That is not that easy to do when you have so many different characters, but Katims wants to give every one of them a “story ending” and wants to make sure that when they are complete with season 6, everyone feels that it was not “tied up too neatly”.
