OnePlus Two Brings the Battle of Phablets to the Next Level!

With the launch of OnePlus Two, the China-based smartphone proved that it can turn an inexpensive handset to have a performance that could match even the Samsung Galaxy S6 for less than half its price. There were certain features of the latest OnePlus model that were considered by the reviewers as unique compared to existing flagship smartphones of today.

One of those creative features is the three-position alert slider. The slider is located at the left side of the handset, which can help the user to shift smoothly between notification profiles without the need to take the smartphone out of one’s pocket.

Just like what has been mentioned earlier, the design of the OnePlus Two’s back cover is quite unique since it provides the user an extra grip to prevent the phone from slipping into the hands while doing some tasks. The China-based manufacturer also gave the smartphone users the option to swap the back cover designs such as rosewood, bamboo, or a back plate made of Kevlar so the handset will become more durable.

Lastly, although OnePlus let go of Cyanogen for their very own Oxygen OS, the manufacturer retained the best features of the previous operating system so it could match well with the latest Android OS. Due to their improved operating system, the users can access the software in a way that is fast, stutter-free, and devoid of any real manufacturer bloatware.

OnePlus Two proved its supremacy in China when it was able to sell 30,000 new handsets within 64 seconds while its invite reservation page in the company’s official website accumulated more than three million within a week after the product’s online launch. Thus, proving that OnePlus is ready to take the smartphone competition to the next level.
