Nia Sioux Frazier has been very active in moving up the ranks in “Dance Moms”, and the star is obviously using her strong experience to her full potential. And while most of her fans – as well as critics – have been supportive of her progress, this sentiment isn’t shared across everyone around her. Abby Lee Miller in particular has been somewhat less enthusiastic about the progress that Sioux has made, and there seems to actually be some air of negativity between the two.
In a recent interview with “OK!”, Sioux talked about her music video for “Star In Your Own Life”. She was apparently very happy to see the video released in the end, and she found it very exciting to film in the first place. People have been very supportive of her work and have been assisting her in different ways, and she has been very happy and thankful that the project has reached a state of completion.
She also talked about working with Aubrey O’Day, admitting that she quite enjoyed working together with her. She claims to have met her during the summer, when O’Day told her that she needed to do a song with a music video. She then went on to make the necessary arrangements, and has been very actively helping Sioux along every step of the way.
On the other hand, Abby Lee Miller has been less supportive of Sioux during her progress, and the interview also touched on that point. Sioux claimed that she has no problems with that situation, acknowledging that people are entitled to their own opinions and Miller obviously has her own. However, Sioux did admit that she was hoping Miller would be more supportive, but in the end she can’t do anything to change people’s minds.
Sioux claimed that she was pleased by the music video for “Wear Em Out” by Kendall Vertes, and she has been very close to her recently. In addition, she claimed to have been very excited for her progress, and the two have been maintaining a close relationship.
What’s Sioux up to next after her current projects are done? She isn’t sure if she would like to continue dancing competitively, but she is definitely hopeful to get a chance to do more music. She is interested in dancing competitively as she is very excited by the whole idea of dancing in general, and this is what she wants to do with her life in the future. There is certainly nothing wrong with that plan either, as she’s definitely cut out for the job.
