Although Jamie King still insists that the show will not be cancelled due to its ratings, The CW president Mark Pedowitz has made an announcement during the recent Television Critics Association winter press tour that the network has yet to keenly observe how “Hart of Dixie” rated during its Season 4.
Pedowitz also lauded series creator Leila Gerstein for making the greatest 10 episodes of “Hart of Dixie” in the recently-concluded Season 4 with its series finale airing last March 27.
He added that if “Hart of Dixie” ends, there’s a great finale. But if it does not end, there’s a great season finale. Pedowitz also confirmed that the network is not committed yet one way or the other so everything is still up in the air as far as Season 5 of the TV series is concerned.
The first three seasons of “Hart of Dixie” all had 22 episodes so if the 10 episodes for Season 4 are any indications; it is most probably curtains for the American comedy-drama TV series on The CW network.
Would really love to see a season 5 but it would not be the same without zoe & wade
