Gamers all over the world are waiting patiently for the release of the new Metal Gear Solid 5 video game. According to reports, which are mostly speculation and wishlists for the game, the release date is going to be September 1st, 2015 for the major video game consoles. If you want to play the new game on your Windows PC, you will have to wait until the 15th of September to do so.
Metal Gear Solid is an action adventure game that has been around for a little while now and has gained a good following. In the latest version of the game, players will take the role of Venom Snake, or “Big Boss”. Players will be released into a collection of the hardest open-world environments that you can imagine. Gameplay is going to be very similar to that of Ground Zeroes. If you played that game, then you are aware of having to sneak around avoiding the enemy at all costs, going undetected for much of the game.
Of course, like the other games in the series, you will be equipped with plenty of things like binoculars, maps, guns and other explosives to help you along the way. Since the maps are open-world, you will also be able to get into tanks and other vehicles to get around a little easier. Because the game is not going to be released for a few more months, the information about it has been flowing in a little slower than fans would like.
According to one report, the maps for the new Metal Gear Solid 5 are going to be very large and that means that if you wanted to be a sniper, you would have plenty of room to do just that. For now, developers have only said that character customization is “very important to us”, which did not really shed any light on the subject. Signal speeds and other connection issues have also been looked at.
In terms of dealing with cheaters in the game, the developers have been looking for ways to deal with them. Another thing that the developers want to address at a later day is the DLC and the season passes that players are certainly going to be looking very hard for when the game is released. Metal Gear Solid 5 will be available for the PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and the Xbox 360 when it arrives on September 1st of this year.
