Currently, there is about half a year until “Batman v Superman” comes out, and fans have been getting more and more excited about the film, discussing the possible implications its plot will have on the overall universe, and of course talking about the selection of actors and the choice of other people attached to the project.
In March, we’re going to see the culmination of that anticipation, and about a year and a half after that, the first part of “Justice League” is going to arrive as well, followed by part two in about two years.
So fans will be kept quite busy with the overall schedule for the new films that are coming out, but we don’t know if anything else is being worked on behind the scenes as well. It’s possible that there might be some “side projects” that we aren’t aware of which could be even more interesting to fans.
It’s also interesting to see how some fans are still speculating about the possibility of seeing an actual “Man of Steel 2”, even after what Zack Snyder himself just said. Some see this as an intentional diversion by the director as he wants to surprise his fans with a release that they didn’t expect at all, although that would be strange in terms of marketing and promotion, something which the studio behind the film are very well aware of.
