Picking up where it left off
The first episode of Season 6 titled “Game On, Charles” will actually pick up moments after the events of the Season 5 finale, and the girls will be gearing up to deal with their angry tormentor even as they piece together the details of Charles story.
In addition to Mona, the four Liars in captivity include Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer, all of them wearing their pretty dresses in a personal prison.
Set in the fictional town of Rosewood in Pennsylvania, “Pretty Little Liars” follows the lives of four girls Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale), Hanna Marin (Ashley Benson), Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell) and Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario). Their group falls apart after the disappearance of their leader Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse).
One year later, the estranged friends got reunited as they begin receiving messages from a mysterious figure named ‘A’ who threatens to expose their deepest secrets, including the ones they thought only Alison knew. Initially, they thought that ‘A’ was Alison but when her body is found, they realized that someone else is planning on ruining their perfect lives.
“Pretty Little Liars” chronicles how the girls try to discover who ‘A’ really is and how do he or she knows so much about them.
