‘Left 4 Dead 3’ to Feature Excellent Graphics and Game Strategies Which Give it Priority over Half-Life 3

Valve Corporation has yet to come out with an official statement or announcement regarding the third installment to its multiplayer zombie shooter video game “Left 4 Dead,” but information about it are quite plenty on the internet, indicative of how popular and widely-anticipated the latest iteration to the franchise is.

The rumors appear to be consistent as far as the release date of “Left 4 Dead 3” is concerned and that it is set in 2017. It has been widely speculated that “Left 4 Dead 3” would come out ahead of the first-person shooter video game “Half-Life 3,” another highly-anticipated game on Valve Corporation’s video game roster.

According to Kdrama Stars, “Left 4 Dead 3” will feature excellent graphics and game strategies compared to its predecessor in the series, which are also some of the key reasons why Valve is giving it a priority over “Half-Life 3.”

The American video game developer previously sparked rumors about the production of “Left 4 Dead 3” when it used some of its reported components to demonstrate its Source Engine 2.

In addition, someone who claimed to have recently toured the facility of Valve Corporation eventually leaked information on the internet pertaining to “Left 4 Dead 3” development by saying that he saw evidence in the company facility that the developer is already working on the game, reports the Christian Today.

Not a prequel of ‘Left 4 Dead 2’

When recent reports started coming out that “Left 4 Dead 3” will come out as a prequel to its predecessor game, “Left 4 Dead 2,” a writer of Valve Corporation has publicly came out to clarify that it is not.

Previous reports indicated that the video game will take place roughly a month before the zombie outbreak began which means that it will be set before the events of “Left 4 Dead 2.”

Accordingly, there will be six campaigns for “Left 4 Dead 3,” including Crash-land, Impasse, Inquisitor Land, Early Destination, Cliff-Hanger, and No Mercy.

The game shall also introduce four new survivors which are playable either by single or multiplayer mode. The characters will be three men and a woman. The three men include a gangster named Irvin, a comic book nerd named Keenan, and a famous Kenpo fighter known as Garrett Jr. The lone female in the group is Katherine.

Writer Chet Faliszek of Valve explained that the video that was recently published showing how the infection began was made by Overkill Software, the developer of “Payday: The Heist.”

Faliszek said that it is not an official video for “Left 4 Dead 3” and does not indicate that the upcoming game will be a prequel to “Left 4 Dead 2.”

The Valve writer said that the video is not telling the origins of the infection. He said that there is a little cameo from one of the “Left 4 Dead” characters and a fun little Easter Egg with a payoff later in “Left 4 Dead.”

However, when Faliszek came out to debunk reports that “Left 4 Dead 3” is not going to be a prequel of “Left 4 Dead 2,” it means that he is privy to the current development of the game.

It obviously means that the writer knows that his company is already working on something that is why he was able to confirm that “Left 4 Dead 3” is not going to be a prequel to “Left 4 Dead 2.” Because if he does not know anything, he would not come out to speak and clarify the rumors.

Knowing how Valve keeps its game development work under the radar, Faliszek would not muster enough strength to even think of answering, much more debunking latest rumors about the game if he does not know anything about “Left 4 Dead 3.”

Gaining momentum

The supposed development of “Left 4 Dead 3” has been in the rumor mills for quite some time already that most gamers and critics are almost certain that game developer Valve Corporation has been working on it already.

What seems clear at this point is that because of the current thrust of Valve for multiplayer games, “Left 4 Dead 3” gets priority in development over “Half-Life 3.”
