Their relationship sparked controversy in tabloids, mainly because of the age difference, and the fact that they were reportedly dating since Jenner was 16. Apparently, the legal age of consent in the state of California, where Jenner resides, is 18.
The pair’s reunion after their split comes after Jenner’s steamy cameo in Tyga’s PartyNextDoor’s music video for “Come and See Me,” which was released last Thursday.
The concept and vibe of the video were similar to Zayn Malik’s “Pillowtalk,” which also featured his girlfriend Gigi Hadid. Considering Tyga and Kylie shared a kiss in the music video, it’s pretty much confirmed that they have indeed rekindled their romance.
Reports say that the duo began hanging out shortly after they had called in quits back in May. Sources say that the two bicker all the time, but gets back together again and again. However, despite their split, the pair never really cut off their communication which probably gave way for their reconciliation.
The 18-year-old reality star and the 26-year-old rapper has not yet confirmed nor denied anything about the real status of their relationship as well as anyone from the Kardashian-Jenner family, but it looks like everyone in the family approves of their relationship.
