When the rumor of a celebrity hook up between Kourtney Kardashian and Justin Bieber came out late last year, it kept most minds of the fans really boggled.
The reality star and the 21-year-old singer first sparked rumors of their romance after having been spotted hanging out in October, just months after Kourtney’s split with her long-time partner Scott Disick.
Luckily, Ellen DeGeneres was able to pull something out of the 36-year-old mom of three when Kourtney guested on her show on January 25.
Asked if Justin helps out in babysitting her three toddlers, Kourtney immediately broke into a huge grin and started blushing. Kardashian then claims that she and Bieber are just good friends.
Ellen said that her smile meant like she was beyond friends with the “Sorry” singer, but Kourtney replied that she has been smiling since the beginning of the show before grabbing a glass of water.
The two have claimed time and time again that they are just family friends, but Kourtney’s grin has got some fans, especially Beliebers, thinking that there’s really something going on between them.
Aside from fans, one person that’s reportedly furious about Kourtney’s latest interview is Scott.
According to Starcasm, the rumors about his ex and Justin is becoming too much for him to take and that it’s starting to get him agitated.
Scott has just begun his fourth stint in rehab when news broke out about Kourtney and Bieber’s alleged hookup.
Reports say that while he’s worried for Kourtney, he was mostly worried about their three kids when news broke out because he knew the implications it will have on them.
Disick and Kardashian shares three kids over their nine-year relationship: six-year-old Mason, three-year-old Penelope, and one-year-old Aston Reign.
The pair has been on-and-off during the course of their relationship, but the two really called it quits in July last year.
They have maintained good connection since as Scott was even present during the Kardashian-Jenner Thanksgiving dinner.
On her interview with Ellen, Kourtney did refer to her ex as someone who will always be family, but reports say that the label was not enough for the 32-year-old Disick.
The eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings spills that she and Scott remain cordial with each other and that she has the utmost respect for their relationship which almost ran a decade.
Kourtney says that not being able to see each other every day is really different, but what’s cool is that they are getting along well especially when it’s about their kids.
According to reports, Scott is completely enraged with Bieber and is trying his best to avoid talking about him.
Also, it’s still not clear where Scott wants to go with his relationship with Kourtney. Rumors say that he’s really trying to win her ex back so that they could be one happy family again and Kourtney addressing him as a family was surely a good first step.
Although in the recent episodes of “Keeping up With the Kardashians,” Scott tries to get Kourtney’s attention by calling and telling her that he is going to commit suicide.
The reality star tells this to her mom and her sister Kim and says that she wants to call 911 every single time Scott threatens to kill himself, but then she doesn’t know if he’s just bluffing or pranking her.
Last Sunday’s episode saw Kourtney voicing out her concern for her ex when she reveals that she got a text from him last night saying he was drunk. She was totally concerned that her former partner will get off the rails again.
However, Kourtney stands by her decision that she doesn’t need to reunite with her former flame and that she needs to live as peacefully as possible, not just for herself, but for her three children as well.
