If Lin’s first official appearance with the Hornets means anything during the off-season games, he seems ready to take his game to the next level once the NBA 2015-16 season begins.
He actually scored a team-high 17 points, dished off seven assists, and made one steal as the Hornets defeated the Orlando Magic. In the next game for the Hornets, Jeremy contributed 10 points, three rebounds and an assist, which means that the team is really trusting on him to deliver as an offensive option.
The signs all point to a better season for Jeremy Lin so whether he makes the most out of the opportunity being practically served to him on a silver platter or not, would be up to him.
Meanwhile, Jeremy Lin will also guest-star in the episode of the American family comedy “Fresh Off the Boat” which will air on October 13. He will be guesting in the show along with Shaquille O’Neal.
Shaq will play the role of an owner of a car dealership while Jeremy will take on the role of Chau, who is a factory worker who frustrates Louis, played by Randall Park, with his opinions on the “Pretty in Pink,” details Entertainment Weekly.
Last season, NBA Hall-of-Famer Scottie Pippen of the Chicago Bulls also made a cameo appearance in an episode of “Fresh Off the Boat.”
