Jeremy Lin Feels Happy and Appreciated as the Starting Point Guard and Designated Leader of the Brooklyn Nets Amid a Possible Losing NBA Season, More Details

He explained that it might be that he is Asian, or it might be that he went to Harvard, or it might be that he grew up in an immigrant family or the underdog story or the Ivy League. But for him, it’s just something he wants to be grateful for every day.

He also added that he used to take his fans more for granted, and now he is really thankful for them and he thinks he is now doing a better job of showing his appreciation for them.

As far as the Brooklyn Nets is concerned, unless head coach Kenny Atkinson does something magical soon like adding a new scorer to his team, it looks like Jeremy Lin is bound for another disappointing season, similar to his time with the Los Angeles Lakers where the team piled up more losses that fans would never think happening to a championship-savvy franchise.

Or it could also be the first year of a major re-tooling for the Nets with Jeremy Lin as the first piece of the puzzle. Whether he can wait or stay as prolific still when the next pieces come around to the team remains to be seen but it is obvious that his decision to play with the Nets meant that he wants to take on a bigger role in a team that no NBA team are willing to do thus far.
