Some reports say that Mahesh is willing to do the job especially with Chan on board as it is probably a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He has also worked with Puri before and knows how great a director he is.
Mahesh has earned some recognition for himself being considered as one of the most popular actors in Telugu cinema.
He started his career at the young age of four as a child actor following the footsteps of his mother, Krishna, who was an actress.
His lead actor debut in the 1999 film “Rajakumarudu” won him a Nandi Award. Interestingly, the 40-year-old actor also starred in “Pokiri,” which Puri directed, and it was the film that placed him in the Telugu film industry.
While Chan nor Babu’s involvement in the film is yet to be confirmed, rest assured that Puri is doing his best to put this two actors together in one screen.
Fans of Jackie Chan are also looking forward to seeing him on the big screen again. Back in 2012, the 61-year-old actor announced that he was retiring from action films as he was getting old.
He then clarified during the premiere of what everyone thought was his last film, “Chinese Zodiac,” that he won’t be retiring but will do less of his stunts as he prioritizes his health.
