On the other hand, some have been questioning the overall value of the company with regards to their recent efforts – and failures – to improve their success on the market. It’s true that HTC aren’t quite in the position that they used to be in, but the company can still do a lot with their resources if they organized themselves better.
They could even still benefit from the popularity of the HTC One M8 in their marketing when they want to advertise its successor – all they really have to say is that they’ve got a true continuation of the line prepared and people will surely show interest.
Of course, if the next phone manages to live up to expectations as much as the M9, the company might really be on its way out.
