Possible spoilers

Among the possible spoilers to the upcoming George Martin book is the scene in Season 5 where Jamie Lannister will be travelling to Dome. When Jamie reaches the Dome, the subsequent scenes is what’s written in “The Winds of Winter.”

In the current Season 5 of “Game of Thrones,” instead of heading south to rescue his daughter, Jamie heads to the Riverlands to end the siege in Riverrun and save Edmure Tully from the threats of the Frays against the life of the Lord of Riverrun.

The murder of the sons of the Harpy by Daenerys could also be one of the biggest spoilers for “The Winds of Winter” as the sons of the Harpy are very much alive after the fifth book of Martin titled “A Dance with Dragons.” It was also hinted that the act of Daenerys to execute someone unmindful of the political consequences may also lead to her downfall.

There is also another spoiler for “The Winds of Winter” but shall not be shown yet on Season 5 according to another report and it involves Griff and Young Griff. Apparently, Young Griff is an important character since he is the rightful son and heir of Rhaegar, Aegon Targaryen, who has the most legitimate claim to the throne of the Seven Kingdoms.

Young Griff was reportedly switched at birth by Varys and taken out of Westeros. He could also be the ‘mummer’s dragon’ that Daenerys should be wary of, as prophesized by the Quaithe of Asshai.

Winds of Winter

George Martin said that releasing the sixth book of his epic fantasy novel before Season 6 of the TV series is very important to him, as far as timing is concerned.
