There is still time to see how things are shaping up around the production of “Fast and Furious 8”, and hopefully the next announcements that come about it are going to be in a positive tone.
But at the same time, we expect that Vin Diesel will keep things relatively secret and won’t be so open about his progress until he actually has something concrete to say. The production of this film is more unique due to its position in the franchise, so we suspect that a lot will change behind the scenes over time and Diesel will be reluctant to give out details on a regular basis.
Hopefully he won’t push that trend too far though, as if fans don’t have any official information for too long, they will of course resort to the only other thing available to them – rumors and speculation.
And we know how harmful those can be to a production if left unchecked for too long. But at least this is Vin Diesel we’re talking about, and he is known for being deeply in touch with his fans and community, so he should have a very clear understanding of those ideas and how to communicate with his fans.
