Elder Scrolls 6 not Coming Soon, 2016 Release Under Question: What Will the Game Take from Fallout 4?

Weapon customization is also something that can see some interesting implementations in “The Elder Scrolls 6”, especially when magic is thrown in the mix. There are various ways to make weapons feel more unique and personal to each player if the developers put their minds to it, and we wouldn’t mind seeing that in the next game either.

Last but not least, the series could also benefit from some deeper interaction with the companions that the player can hire to run along with them on their adventures, and this is an element that was evolved well in “Fallout 4”.

Because of this, we expect that Bethesda will do some work on it in the next “TES” game as well, although that franchise has never focused on companions too much and would probably not pay that much attention to them in its next installment.

Although, fixing up the AI of those companions to some extent certainly wouldn’t hurt most players, especially when it comes to situations like an NPC unexpectedly charging at an enemy that’s obviously many times more powerful than them. Things like this have been a common element of the franchise, and while some players find them hilarious, for others this is a regular source of frustration.
