DWTS Season 20 might make you think about how long the show has been on, but in reality, this season marks the 10th year that it has been on TV. Each year is usually divided up into two different “seasons”, so DWTS Season 20 is actually the 10th year. This year, because of the 10th anniversary, the winner will be given a unique, golden Mirrorball Trophy. The new season brought new couples dancing teams together and they were announced back in February of this year.
The new teams were announced on Good Morning America and that immediately sends fans of the show to Google to make sure they know who these people are so they can get ready to cheer them on to a win. The celebrity stars for DWTS Season 20 include, RedFoo, Charlotte McKinney, Noah Galloway, Robert Herjavec, Patti LaBelle, Nastia Liukin, Riker Lynch, Michael Sam, Willow Shields, Suzanne Somers, Chris Soules and Rumer Willis.
Each of the stars will be paired up with a professional dancing partner, which they are going to learn from at the same time. Since the season is already underway, with RedFoo and Charlotte McKinney already eliminated, the season is expected to bring some very good drama. Judging by the scores after the first couple of episodes, the show is going to be bringing some very exciting moments, as it always does. Last week, the show made some heat with “Latin Night” and the fans loved every minute of it.
All of the dancers were bringing everything they had to the competition and that included some of the craziest, sexiest performances of the season so far. Just like always, there are some questionable costume choices, as well as some missteps along the way, there always is. The worst performance was from Charlotte McKinney and that was clearly because should could not seem to concentrate. According to reports, she was constantly checking her email and things instead of rehearsing her moves. It showed on the dance floor and she was eliminated after the show.
One of the most talked about situations on the show was that from Patti LaBelle and Artem. Once their routine was complete, LaBelle went up to get her score and she was joined by many, shirtless men that surrounded her during that part of the show. The look on her face was classic and brought Twitter to a halt as fans tweeted about it for a the rest of the show.
