Chelsea Clinton Becomes Increasingly Vocal Against Donald Trump and His Administration on Twitter!

But something in her social media strategy seems to have changed on January 27, the day President Donald Trump issued an executive order barring immigrants from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US.

Chelsea reacted by retweeting the post of Jake Wood, CEO of the nonprofit Team Rubicon, which provides military veterans with volunteering opportunities, who called Trump’s ban unconstitutional.

Clinton followed that up by retweeting messages critical of Donald Trump or his policies from former President Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau, actor George Takei, the ACLU, and others. Soon, she began mixing more of her own commentary with those retweets.

With one of her most recent tweets targeting Trump’s global gag rule, which bars international NGOs that perform or promote abortions from receiving US government funding, the former first daughter appears to be in no hurry to abandon her newly political social media presence.

Assuming that the reports are true that she wanted to enter the political arena, then her social media posts against Donald Trump and his administration would be treated as a mere political opposition. Critics believe that Chelsea Clinton is better off just being herself instead of foraying into politics the way her parents did.

Her campaign on social media as the voice of reason against the inappropriate actions of the Trump administration would gain more traction if she is not into politics, critics pointed out.
