DC has been pressured to do something in order to compare to what Marvel has brought to the table over the last few years. Now that the Avengers have started to go their own way in movies, it is time for DC to pick it up and give the fans what they want to see. Both companies have great superheroes and right now, Marvel is the only one that is making money from all the fans out there. As a company DC Comics could not just sit around and watch that happen.
