The fans aren’t focusing on the visual appeal of the game. For them the real treat of Batman: Return to Arkham lies in the fact that they can play two of the most popular Batman games in the current consoles.
Batman: Return to Arkham doesn’t have a PC version, since Arkham Asylum, and Arkham City are already running at high resolution on the PC as compared to the other consoles. The publishers, therefore, decided to focus only on the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.
2016 hasn’t been a kind year for Batman. First, there was the failure of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Secondly, the PC version of Batman: A Telltale Series was a failure and so was The Arkham Knight. The official announcement of Batman: Return to Arkham is going to be a saving grace for the caped crusader.
The whole year has seen rumors about delays and cancellations from Virtuos Games. Reports suggested that Virtuos Game wasn’t up to the mark to deliver the reworked version and hence the game was close to being canceled.
Finally, the team from Warner Bros. Games and Rocksteady Studios announced the confirmed date for the release of Batman: Return of Arkham.

So much info wrong in this. Batman didn’t release the inmates, and Wayne more importantly how could anyone consider arkham knight a failure? Actually made me giggle a bit when I read it.
