Ariana also posted her message on Instagram saying that she is beyond honored and excited to be working with a brand that stands for and always stood for equality.
She said that her lipstick and gloss will be available beginning in January and that every penny goes to people affected by HIV and AIDS. Ariana added that she has loved and supported MAC Cosmetics ever since she was a little girl walking through the mall and seeing the company’s first Viva Glam girl RuPaul in the window.
RuPaul is actually the first Viva Glam spokeswoman for the brand and she was followed by many big-name and reputable celebrities.
The entry of Ariana to the Viva Glam campaign of MAC Cosmetics is actually not her first foray into the beauty business.
She just released in September her own perfume called Ari by Ariana Grande. Before the official launch of her new scent, the “Problem” singer also appeared in “Good Morning America” where she described her new perfume as really sweet and yummy.
Ariana also said that she was fairly new to the fragrance industry, but she believes that her perfume is really sweet because it contains a little bit of marshmallow and a little bit of raspberry too.
