Ariana Grande amped up her sex appeal to higher levels during the launching of her new perfume called Ari in Hamburg, Germany on November 6.
Wearing a racy red leather mini-dress with thigh-high pink boots, Ariana was a head-turner in her sexy get-up accentuated by a dangerously high hemline with a vest-style top and form-fitting body that allowed for a generous glimpse of her behind, details the Daily Mail.
Ariana attended the launch of her fragrance in Hamburg along with her brother Frankie. The event was a brief respite from her ongoing whirlwind European promotional tour for her new single “Focus.”
The “Problem” singer showed off her patented sky-high heels which boosted her diminutive five-foot frame with the addition of teetering, and baby pink thigh-high boots.
After the event, which was warmly received by her fans, Ariana took to Twitter to extend her gratitude to her German fans for taking time out to attend the meet-and-greet occasion.
She thanked her Geman babies, which is how she normally refers to her fans, for the endless hugs, love, and kindness and for also coming out to meet her.
Her brother Frankie, whose claim to fame is his past stint with “Big Brother US” reality TV series, escorted Ari to the event and also blew kisses to the crowd.
Focus on “Focus”
Ariana’s German trip is the third country in Europe she has visited in three days. Her first stop was London on November 4, where she promoted her new single “Focus” and also launched her new perfume.
The following day, she was in Madrid, Spain, where she attended the glamorous launch of her new handbag collaboration with Coach.
Critics believe that since her debut album “Put Your Hearts Up” in 2011, Ariana Grande has never released a less-than-great single until the recent emergence of “Focus,” notes Billboard.
“Focus” is merely a rehash of her 2014 hit track “Problem” and follows the same formula as the latter but with little of the same rush.
One fan actually said that “Focus” is really an underwhelming song that borrows a lot of elements from “Problem.” The horns, the pre-chorus, and the male vocals interchanged with Ariana’s vocals.
Even the music video of “Focus” features similar visuals as “Problem.” The fan also added that artists who purposely form a song after a previous hit’s formula normally don’t do well, citing as a clear example Lady Gaga’s “Judas” which borrowed from monotone verses from “Poker Face” and the chorus structure from “Bad Romance.”
The new face of Viva Glam campaign
Ariana Grande is the latest music celebrity to become the face for MAC Cosmetics’ Viva Glam campaign. The 22-year-old songstress follows the footsteps of big name singers who have previously lent their names to the popular brand including Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Nicki Minaj.
MAC Cosmetics made the announcement on October 27 via Instagram when it welcomed Ariana Grande to its family along with a picture of the “Love Me Harder” singer. The company also introduced her as their Viva Glam girl and that their products would be made available beginning on January 2016.
Ari was shown in the picture wearing a black tube and her lipstick appears almost black with a shade of purple too. The “Bang Bang” singer’s cosmetics color is darker compared to Miley’s Viva Glam shade of pink and RiRi’s red hue.
More than just being the new image model of MAC Cosmetics’ Viva Glam campaign, Ariana is also doing a social undertaking in the process as proceeds to be generated by the campaign will go directly to men, women, and children afflicted with HIV and/or AIDS.
The Viva Glam line includes a matte finish plum-colored lipstick and shimmering baby pink lip gloss.
