A personal account of the incident came from 22-year-old Mayra Solis, the cashier on duty at the shop, who claimed that the singer not only did not buy any of the donuts she licked, she was also rude.
As a result of the Ariana donut-licking incident, Wolfee Donuts eventually failed its health check. Asked if Wolfee Donuts would be pressing charges against the songstress, store owner Joe Marin declined to do so, saying that the incident was documented to assist the Department of Environmental Health.
Eventually, Marin said that he might be pressing charges against Ariana eventually because the donuts she licked at the store were accidentally sold to other customers. The Wolfee Donuts owner has already talked to his lawyer who told him that he has a good case of cross contamination against the “Bang Bang” singer.
