Some fans were expecting the company to announce the tablet at their event in September, and after that didn’t happen, most of the expectations shifted towards the same time next year. And while it’s possible that Apple could be aiming for a release around that time, other rumors are claiming that they are going to push it sooner and closer to the beginning of the year.
This could be a good time for the company to come out with a new tablet indeed, but we also hope that they aren’t going to rush its development in order to meet some market competition goals.
After all, the premium quality of Apple’s products has been a main selling point for them, and it would be a disappointment for many fans to see that being disregarded in the next release.
We don’t have any reason to believe that for now though, especially after the rumors that Apple were supposed to reveal the device during their September event. If they really did have such plans behind the scenes, that could be indicative of an upcoming release as they are likely in the final stages of the product’s development, and are polishing it for the market already.
