Android 6.0 Marshmallow is Coming to Motorola Devices With the Exception of Moto E, Moto G, and Moto X First Gen!

The Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update rolls out in phases. This means that the update will depend on the country of the smartphone users.

As for other brands, Samsung has hinted that Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for their flagship devices, the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S6 Edge, and the Galaxy S6 Edge+, as well as the Galaxy Note 5, the Galaxy S5, and the Galaxy Note 4 are just around the corner.

Reports say that the South Korean tech giant might be rolling out the Marshmallow update on its devices this December or early 2016. Speculations also say that the Galaxy S3 might be able to receive the latest OS too, but Samsung has yet to confirm this.

Taiwanese tech company HTC has also announced that they will be rolling out the update soon to its devices. Digital Trends notes that HTC has included its One flagship series as well as their Desire series on the lineup of the Marshmallow update recipients.

Reports say that the company could begin rolling out the update with their current flagship phone HTC One M9, while other devices will follow by the first quarter of 2016.

Korean manufacturer LG hinted a possible Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade for its high-end smartphones LG G3 and LG G4, although no exact date has been mentioned. Sony is also gearing up for the Marshmallow treatment for its smartphones.
