Criminal Minds to See the Entire BAU Team Working Together on a Tricky Case for Season 11!

Season 11 of the American police procedural drama TV series “Criminal Minds” on CBS will premiere on September 30 and based on initial reports, the show will start with a big bang which would enable it to hit the ground running.

Because of the absence of A.J. Cook and Jennifer Love Hewitt as a result of their recent pregnancies and subsequent child births, the Behavioural Analysis Unit (BAU) will be working on filling the role of Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Kate Callahan character.

Eventually, Dr. Tara Lewis, played by Aisha Tyler, will emerge as the top choice and she will prove that she is the rightful pick after she helps the team capture its first killer for Season 11. The serial killer leaves distinctive marks on victims’ faces and is determined to take revenge as a reason for his actions.

The killer first injects his victims with something and once they are incapacitated, he will paint their faces before killing them. According to showrunner Erica Messi, the particular modus operandi was the culprit’s way of expressing his insecurity about his appearance.

The criminal, which is being referred to as UnSub, does a lot of weird stuff on his victims including painting their faces. Viewers will eventually discover that he was doing it because he actually possesses a really hard-to-look-at face.

There is also an interesting plotline on the upcoming eleventh season of “Criminal Minds,” featuring a mole in their midst, which has been leaking all the information about the BAU’s ongoing investigations.

Guest stars for Season 11

The 11th season of “Criminal Minds” will feature a variety of guest stars including Tim Kang of “The Mentalist” and Marisol Nichols of “Teen Wolf.”

The two actors will be featured in an episode titled “The Witness,” which is practically about Marisol Nichols who will play as an FBI agent but who helped the BAU in preventing a vast attack on Los Angeles. Kang will be playing the role of a medical supply worker.
