Loot Chest among the Additions in Dragon Age: Inquisition’s Patch 5!

The community of “Dragon Age: Inquisition” has been generally satisfied with the game since its release, although they still have a few remarks and suggestions that they have been repeating regularly on discussion boards. Among those, the addition of a loot chest is perhaps the most commonly requested feature, something that pretty much all players have been asking for ever since the game was released.

And now, with the release of Patch 5 for the title, players will finally have a place to store all their hard-earned loot. The chest is located in the Undercroft at Skyhold, and it should solve most storage-related issues players have been having so far. It remains to be seen if players will actually be satisfied with this change or if they’ll ask for something more advanced soon though, but this should be good enough for the time being.

There have also been changes to the game’s AI, making it a bit more intelligent and capable in certain situations. For example, using the Charging Bull ability will no longer cause the AI to overshoot their target, and the behavior of various NPCs should be more logical and consistent now as a whole.

Other changes in the new patch include a variety of bug fixes, some of which address long-standing issues with gamepad controls on the PC. This is something that has been bothering players for a long time now, as even though a majority of PC players prefer to use a mouse and keyboard, some titles are definitely more enjoyable in a relaxed position with a gamepad, “Dragon Age: Inquisition” being one of them.

Bioware have also addressed some minor issues with quests which could prevent their completion in certain cases, specifically noting the Quarry Quandry quest in their patch notes. A minor change now also allows players to modify the tint of their armor without having to give up any stats for that, which may be just a cosmetic addition but has certainly been welcomed by many.

All in all, the game is moving towards a nearly perfectly polished state, and has been enjoying a lot of developer attention recently. Which is certainly good, because it does still have a few small issues that have to be addressed, despite being so well-made as a whole. Bioware are well-aware of what’s going on with their title though, and they also seem quite determined to give it the full support it deserves. “Dragon Age” has a very active community and strong following, so it would be a shame to see Bioware not paying enough attention to this title. Thankfully, that’s not the case by any means so far.
