2016 Ford Bronco Release Window Closing Fast as 2017 Bronco Rumors Begin to Spike!

With the month of June about two weeks away, it looks like the end of the road has come for the 2016 Ford Bronco rumors.

The only way that American carmaker Ford Motor Company would launch a 2016 model is if it is going to be anytime from the second half of 2015 to the first half of 2016.

Launching a vehicle in the second half of 2016 should no longer be considered a 2016 model but a 2017 edition. With the release window for the supposed 2016 Ford Bronco closing out fast, it seems that the hoax that began on April 1, 2014 was right after all. It was just a hoax.

As if Bronco enthusiasts have not learned to trust their sources yet, there is now an unusual spike on the internet for reports and rumors about the 2017 Ford Bronco.

And as expected, the specifications and details about the 2017 Ford Bronco seemed to have been copy-pasted from the specifications and features of the rumored 2016 Ford Bronco. It would not take a genius to figure out that the 2017 Ford Bronco is another one classic Bronco hoax.

Ushering a different design

But based on the description of the 2017 Ford Bronco provided by Power Octane, the upcoming Bronco shall have a different design from the 2004 Ford Bronco concept as the rumored latest model shall have new lines that are fashionable.

It shall also have a box-like roof line, a short wheel-base, and round headlights that are similar to the early Bronco models back in the 60s.

Reports also have it that SUV enthusiasts are going to love the new Bronco because of its powerful engines that shall complement its intimidating look. It shall apparently blend the classic features of the iconic brand with modern technology.

In terms of interior, the 2017 Ford Bronco shall reportedly have new technological features like a computerized navigation system that is touchscreen. It shall also have one of the best safety features and driving guides that alert the driver whenever he decides to change late or veer off.

Wood has been greatly used in the interior design that gives it a classical finish. The cabin will be spacious and roomy for five people, ensuring their convenience and comfort. The luggage compartment is big enough to hold plenty of things including large ones, without any worry.

As the 2017 Ford Bronco is reportedly based on the Ford Atlas concept model, it shall have a considerably high wheel suspension system. It shall have a wide stance in the front including a large grill. It shall also feature two powerful LED lights and advanced fog lights for extra safety visibility during harsh weather conditions.

Over at its rear, the 2017 Bronco shall feature one of the largest tail gates seen among SUVs in the market when it finally comes out. It shall also sport a chrome bumper which shall have two flat exhaust tips and dual lights.

Most of the sides shall be made with high-strength aluminum steel, thus ensuring that it shall also be very light in weight when compared to the old Bronco models.

Four SUVs in four years

It was only in February this year when Ford Motor Company finally announced in public that it would be launching four new sport utility vehicles (SUVs) in the next four years, which means from next year until 2020.

However, the American car manufacturer did not disclose the names of the SUVs nor did it mention anything about specific release dates of each of the upcoming product offerings.

What Ford said about the new SUVs in its press release is that those upcoming additions to its SUV lineup will be intended for millennials and baby boomers, which account for about 160 million among the world’s population.

Mark LaNeve, Ford Motor Company vice president of marketing, sales, and service, explained during a breakfast meeting of the Midwest Automotive Media Association in February that the growth in SUV sales is expected to continue not only in the US but all over the world.
