‘Rick and Morty’ Season 3 Dialogue Preview Bolsters Possibility that TV Series Might Premiere This Year

Mr. Poopybutthole from the American adult animated TV series “Rick and Morty” on Adult Swim is one of the fan-favorite characters on the show. And he is also one of the most believable, or so to speak.

During the Season 2 finale of “Rick and Morty,” Mr. Poopybutthole said that the next season of the TV series will air after a year and a half.

That had fans of the show counting and stating that the earliest that the show could return on TV is in March 2017. Since then, fans have been counting the months on course to the next season of “Rick and Morty,” which has been their key source to tickle their funny bones almost ceaselessly.

When 2016 set in, the wait has become more bearable to “Rick and Morty” fans. Then last month, reports started coming out that the production of “Rick and Morty” Season 3 seems to be ahead of its schedule and that there is a huge possibility that the show could actually return to the small screen before the end of this year.

That was a good and big news to fans of the popular adult animated TV series because it was something that they were not expecting due to the previous pronouncement of Mr. Poopybutthole. But Mr. Poopybutthole would surely not take offense being proven wrong in this case.

Slipping from the writers’ Twitter tongues

Now it seems like the prospect of having to see the third season of the show airing this year is getting better as the show’s Twitter handle recently posted the first look at a dialogue from an episode of “Rick and Morty” Season 3.

Apparently, more and more are slipping out from the Twitter tongues of the writers and producers of “Rick and Morty” and fans are simply loving it, details iDigital Times.

The tease began when writers showed off the scripts of the completed episodes of “Rick and Morty” Season 3 last month.

Then just last Monday, they also posted the network censor’s notes on the dialogue, which is from one of the episodes of Season 3. Obviously, the TV series has not lost its flair for profanity as the original dialogue seems full of it.

One other information that can be noted from the recent reveal on Twitter is that the script for a 23-minute episode is 40 pages long which attests to the fact that “Rick and Morty” episodes are frequently complex and plot-intensive affairs that require lots of detailed explanation.

More episodes mean more fun and laughs

Sometime last month, reports started going around that the production of “Rick and Morty” Season 3, which began in February, is ahead of its schedule and there is a possibility that the show could actually air in December this year.

If that happens, a December premiere of Season 3 of “Rick and Morty” could be the best Christmas gift that fans can receive from showrunners Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, notes Slash Film.

Another good news for fans of “Rick and Morty” is that Season 3 shall have 14 episodes, which is to be the highest number for the show in three seasons.

More episodes meanrick and morty season 2 more fun and laughs for the viewers of “Rick and Morty.”

The first season of “Rick and Morty” had 11 episodes while Season 2 had 10 episodes.

Meanwhile, “Rick and Morty” has a seasonal episode tradition that bucks Rick and Morty’s typical structural rigorousness for improvisational bits pulled from TV networks across the multiverse.

Co-creators Roiland and Harmon are not about to break the tradition and they have in fact already teased their ongoing work on the episode to be titled “Interdimensional Cable 3.”
