It’s certainly interesting to just follow rumors about the device though, as there are lots of that, and they are somewhat of a reflection of what people think about the product and the future of the line. Those rumors can be very revealing with regards to the kinds of expectations that GoPro fans have for the devices.
Some of the rumors are a bit outrageous, but that’s pretty typical for any major product, not just on the tech market but as a whole. Because of this, everything should obviously be taken with a grain of salt and fans should be cautious with what they’re trusting.
It can be a bit harmful to a fan of the line to get mislead by false rumors, as this can set some wrong expectations in their mind for the device in question.
And it won’t be the first time we’ve seen this happen either, so it’s important that people keep a realistic outlook on the development of the GoPro Hero 5, and avoid trusting any suspicious rumors that sound like there might not be too much foundation beneath them in the first place. We’ll find out the truth in a few months in any case.
